Scanto is a utility app that allows users to scan documents and save them to their Notion pages. The App integrates with third-party services, including:

• ImgBB for permanent image storage.
• Notion API for connecting and saving scanned documents.

By using the App, you also agree to the Terms of Service of these third-party providers.

2. Acceptance of Third-Party Terms

1. ImgBB: The App stores all uploaded images permanently on ImgBB servers under the App’s account. By using the App, you agree to ImgBB’s Terms of Service.
2. Notion: The App integrates with Notion via their API. By connecting your Notion account, you agree to Notion’s Terms of Service.

Scanto is not affiliated with or endorsed by ImgBB or Notion.

3. User Responsibilities

1. Authorization: By using the App, you authorize it to interact with your Notion account and understand that uploaded content is stored permanently on ImgBB.
2. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
   • Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
   • Upload content that violates ImgBB’s or Notion’s terms or policies.
   • Attempt to modify, reverse-engineer, or misuse the App.

4. Content and Data Handling

1. Storage: Scanned documents and user-generated content are stored permanently on ImgBB under the App’s account. Users do not have direct access to manage or delete these files via ImgBB. If you wish to request the deletion of your uploaded content, you must contact us directly at [email protected].
